Features
1. Speed： Can freely to be set up to maximum 20mtr.min. for a digital display.
2. Length Setting：Set on a counter. Just setting the crimped wire length which you would like to do, CNC control.
3. Cutting：You can cut anywhere you want to cut, which was no possible with the earlier machines. Therefore you do not need to cut the wire again in another process (Material loss is reduced).
Note: This feature is particularly effective with the flat top type.
4. Crimping Depth：The crimping wheel can be moved up and down by servo motor and the depth can be adjust in 0.01mm-100mm increments from a digital display, and it can be recorded.
5. Crimping shape balance ：The balance can be easily adjusted and recorded, therefore you can immediately and accurately crimp using recorded data
6. Coil Stand：Wire rack is passive brake disc, only control stop, do not control start, can be used and rotated for the maximum weight 1200kg.
7. Machine Stopping：When the preset crimped wire count is reached
