High-Tensile Capability: Shears materials rated 450–900 MPa, including 65Mn wire used in screening mesh.
CNC Back Gauge: MD-11/TP-10 control positions the rear stop across 50–800 mm for fast, repeatable cut lengths.
Adjustable Shear Angle: 0.5°–1.5° rake angle adapts to material thickness, minimizing distortion on mesh and thin sheet.
Durable Tooling: Cr12MoV (H13) blade set (1100 × 100 × 25 mm × 3 pcs) with multiple usable edges per blade.
Stable Hydraulics: High-pressure gear pump, integrated valve block, and twin double-acting cylinders deliver 4–6 strokes/min.
Two Frame Types: Swing beam (QC12K) for economy and easy maintenance; gate type (QC11K) for heavy plate and higher accuracy.

QC12K-8×3200 (Swing Beam): The blade beam pivots on bearings — fewer wear parts, simpler maintenance, lower cost. Best for mesh panels and sheet up to 8 mm in wire mesh factories and general fabrication.
QC11K-13×3200 (Gate Type): The blade travels vertically on guide rails, keeping a constant blade angle through the stroke. Best for heavy plate up to 13 mm and precision-critical cutting.
