Serves for the production of medium-strong up to the strongest fine weaving. This model is generally arranged for a weaving range of 10-80mesh per inch. but if desired can also be provided with change wheels for adjustment to No 5 per inch. Furthermore the production of Hollander cloth to No 300 is possible by the supply of change wheels for the regulators. However full PLC control are save the progress to change the wheels and servo motor control to come true. Square opening range: 0-200mesh and hollander weaving.

The Plain Weave cloth is the most common wire cloth used and it is one of the simplest wire cloths. The plain wire cloths are not crimped before weaving, and each warp wire passes over and under the wires running through the cloth at 90 degrees angle. Warp and weaverd elements are generally the same. Used for the majority of commercial applications and for filtration where a high flow rate is required.
Woven as a plain weave but with the warp wires of greater diameter than the weft wires. The weft wires are woven tightly together producing a strong cloth whilst allowing a good flow rate.
Similar to Plain Dutch weave, except that the weave is twilled, allowing a double layer of weft wires. This cloth is “tight tight”, has a very smooth surface, is strong, but has a restricted flow rate. There are no apertures in the sense of the word as the filtrate follows a tortuous path through the depth of the wire cloth. Also referred to as a Microporous in a plain weave with similar mesh count, and is used for critical filtration applications often under high pressure.
Each warp wire passes alternately above and below every successive pair of weft wires and vice versa. This weave permits a heavier wire diameter to be used that allows the application of this wire cloth for greater loads and finer filtration.
The higher dutch mesh and smaller wire diameter to the reverse plain dutch weave, the weave is twilled, allowing a double layers of the weft wires too. The cloth is more longer life as the stronger weaving and easy to clean.
This is the reverse of the Plain Hollander (Dutch) weave. The weft wires are of greater diameter than the warp wires. This cloth is extremely strong, and consequently the warp mesh count is greater than the weft mesh count. This cloth is easily cleaned and has a high flow rate.
